[Plugin: WP-SpamFree] Wp_Spamfree blocing legitimate comments

  • A few of our readers have complained that their (legitimate) comments are being blocked by WP-Spamfree, and I’ve seen this myself as well. Could you please make it possible to disable the “human spam” related features? Also, would you be able to make it possible to enable ONLY the contact form? It’s the only good spam free contact form, but there’s other options for comments.

    I think the point he is trying to make is that if WP-Spamfree allowed the comments it picks up to go to moderation, then false positives could be rescued, as is the case with WP Hashcash. I think that adding this capability to WP-Spamfree would make it a lot more useful, as would my original suggestion of allowing the algorithmic layer to be switched off.

    @ljmac: He needed support for an entirely different plugin.
