[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Add Browser Caching (95)

My Chrome Inspector Audit is telling me to “Leverage Browser Caching(95)” and lists 95 images and js that are missing a ‘cache expiration’. I do not know what that means (except what I can infer logically) nor do I understand how to change that for individual items.

I’m using WP Super Cache in php caching mode. At https://www.commonsensewithmoney.com on a VPS. Not sure what else you need to know to help me out?
