[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Cache Rebuild Question

    Howdy!

    If I’m running Wp-SuperCache on a site that caters to pretty much only anonymous users (comments are turned off), is there any benefit (or detrement) to turning on the “Cache Rebuild” option? Since almost all users (except for mobile), will be sent supercache files instead of regular cache files.
