Plugin: WP Super Cache cause install errors

WP Super Cache was installed as a plugin but then removed in favor of W3 Total Cache. In the meanwhile the site was moved from one hosting provider to another.

It appears that W3 Total Cache was causing some serious server response time issues. So it was decided to uninstall W3 Total Cache and reinstall WP Super Cache and it is here where the problems started.

When installing WP Super Cache I get the errors below which indicate to me that there are still some remnants of file locations of the previous host:

I thought I would make a clean install by completely deleting the “wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache” directory but the directory is not there

My question is what the name is and where is the location of the php file/s that I will find those references in that is giving me the errors below.
