[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Dynamic sidebar, static page content,

I love this plugin and have used it on many sites. It never fails to speed up the sites I use it one.
On the current site I’m working on the sidebar pulls content from random elements in an array. Most of the site content can be cached, but caching the sidebar renders the random array selection ineffective.
Is there any way to cache page content and still pull a fresh, dynamic sidebar on each page load? Thanks for any advice anyone can offer.
