• Hi,

Used this on a number of client sites without a hitch. Just tried to install on a new site this week, but after activation I loose access to all WP admin (white screen in FireFox), so have to remove/rename the file in wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache to allow admin to work again.

Works OK on another site, also with Fasthosts so not sure where to start.

Any basic checks to run through?

    ( I have given 777 access to .htaccess and /wp-content/ )

Would realy like to see this in action so await any help!

    Many thanks – Paul

  • Paul, I’ve had this problem before as well. I love Super Cache, but I’m not be able to diagnose why it happens on one site while still working on others. Most likely it’s a conflict with another plugin but, my solution was to run W3 Cache on sites with the conflict.

Check your error log, that’s a PHP error of some sort.

It looks like this problem is not limited to just Cache Plugins! Just tried to enable WPTouch plugin and same thing happended!

White screen of death, but only in plugins screen?

    Thanks in advance – Paul
