  • Just MAYBE this might help:
This plugin screwed up my site once too, and as I remember, it turned out that it writes to the index.php file. After removing a line there, the site worked again.
So, you might upload a fresh index.php file.
I believe there was also something about the .htaccess file (maybe invisible – on the site’s root). Make a backup of the local and remote versions and try deleting it from the server. As I remember, it should do no harm (but might remove some functionality – make a search to check it out).
Hope someone can help you more
    Good luck

this plugin screwd up my site too.
I can’t call it even normaly.

    nothing works anymore.

After deinstalling it nothing worked anymore.

This is a big bug in the plugin???

So how to make things work again???

I experienced the same. New WP files and reboot of server fixed it

can anyone give some help to a disapointed user.
Who’s website was crushed by this plugin.

I mean how can this happen.

and how can i it be removed the failure which caused the sitecrash.

No help, no supper. Sorry this is not very recommending.

    Greets

Have you looked through the troubleshooting section of the readme?
Have you looked in your php error log?
Is there a wp-content/advanced-cache.php? Remove that after you’ve deactivated the plugin. It should be removed automatically but sometimes it’s not.

    this helps nothing.

You have programmed a big bug in your plugin i recommend that you rewiev your work completely there are other several bugs in this plugin.

It’s a mess i can’t recommend you I’m sorry but for this work you made is nothing else but poor.

If you’re publishing a plugin than make sure that it works somehow secure.

But what this plugin made to my site is like format C: to my harddrive.

How can this happen. You should stop the downloading of this plugin to avoid harming other users. This is a big mess.

No wonder you nick is called cock. 99.9% of the users can’t be bothered to read readme, search for problem and expect to be spoonfed. It is easier to push the blame to the plugins rather than to blame yourself.

i have read the readme but nothing has helped the wordpress files are somehow modified by the plugin, so only a complete new installation is somehow helping? I have deleted everything like described in the readme but still can’t call my site.

The deinstallation instructions haven’t worked for me

    sorry

As what donncha has said, check your Apache log to see what error is stopping your site from being displayed

I just had the same problem.. I installed the plugin and at first it looked like it was working. Within 1 or 2 hours though my wordpress site grinded a virtual halt and everything started timing out.. Every once in a while I was able to get on to wp-admin.. I decided to remove the wp super cache.. I removed it and still nothing works on my site..I can’t even get to wp-admin. I tried everything suggested in this thread and it still doesn’t work. I followed all suggestions I could find in readme file.. My error log says my pages do not exist.. I’m running thru Godaddy on a linux hosted environment for wordpress 6.x

At this point, I’m going to have to pay godaddy $150+ to restore my system to yesterday.. I suggest plug in author investigate this as it is a very serious issue..

Here is errors i have in my log..

daveygf – $150 to restore your site? That’s robbery! It’s probably your .htaccess file and should be easy enough to fix (delete the go to settings->permalinks). The plugin wouldn’t do anything to your database either. Those MySQL errors means that MySQL is dying for some reason.

I don’t know what you mean by “delete the go to settints->permalinks”. I don’t see any reference to permalinks in my .htaccess file.
