[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Possible mfunc issue in 1.2?

Any one else having an issue with <!–mfunc –> and 1.2? Had to disable caching on a site after plugin update and at first glance it looked like page stopped rendering near the mfunc we have defined to pull in a sidebar
