[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Posts not showing & can’t deactivate or remove plugin

Many of our new post do not show up in the blog. This problem is only some of the time.

I tried to deactivate the plugin and received an error message on line 89. I tried to remove the plugin files completely but then the blog goes blank.

Has anyone else had any of these issues and how do you resolve them?
