• Some of my readers (not everyone) have this very strange problem since I activated wp-super-cache (0.6.1) on my blog: they find name and email fields in the comment form filled with the name and email of the last person who left a comment on the blog.
They can also see comments leaved by others that are in the moderation directory, print as a comment on the comments page with the moderation advice above (“hey, your comment is in moderation!”, that stuff), as if they leaved that comment!
How can I avoid this? ??

Sorry if I insist, but I still have this weird problem, and it’s getting even worse! Now another strange thing happens: sometimes all the comments of a post totally disappear, and reappear just if you leave a new comment on the post.
All these problems occur just if the plugin is active.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks!

Are you using any other plugins? Do you have any memory problems? What’s your memory_limit ?

    Thank you donncha!
The other plugins I use are akismet and paged comments.
What do you mean with memory? If you mean diskspace on my hosting space, I’m just using 1% of it.

This problem just appeared for me as well – very, very strange – exists with all plugins running (including wp-super-cache) or none (with cache cleared, turned off, then deactivated)

Has anyone who has experienced this problem figured out what causes it and how to fix it? I’ve had to do a temp/undesirable fix of modifying my theme’s comments.php to not load the commenter name, email, url into the fields when it exists – so, at least no commenters’ details will be exposed – downside is everyone has to type in his/her details every time
