[Plugin: WP Super Cache] What is “Bad Behaviour support is disabled”?

I have been using this plugin for around 2 months for now. Everything seems to be working perfectly at brijux.com. It is generating super cache pages as expected.

Today I was just looking around options and found this at the bottom of the wp-super-cache options

Bad Behaviour support is disabled.(Only half-on caching supported, disabled compression and requires Bad Behavior in “wp-content/plugins/bad-behavior/”)
No Adverts for Friends plugin is disabled. (requires friendsadverts.php too)

I tried to search for this two but I dont have any of these plugin on my site. And why is only half-on caching is supported? Do I need these plugin for wp-super-cache to work perfectly?
