  • Check the cached files for the html of the widgets? Look in wp-content/cache/supercache/ and you’ll find .html and .html.gz files. The .html files are simply text that you can view in an editor.

What would I be looking for? When I turn cache on and visit the page, the sidebar is there. If I go to that page again, the sidebar is gone?

Look in the file with a text editor and find try to find the html of the widget.

Its not the widget, its the entire widget areas

I honestly don’t know. Could be some odd PHP script on your server, or out of memory somewhere, or the widget is created by Javascript that somehow gets stale once cached.

I,m having the same problem. When plugin is installed the loading speed is greatly reduced but my whole widget area dissapear. Anyome found a solution yet.
