[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Wp-Super Cache Header Question

Hi,
I have question about WP-Super Cache and headers. I use a plugin that will redirect user to a different page through the redirect meta tag according to their ip address.

I was wondering if WP-Super Cache cache’s the header of the page too?

See, if a person comes from a UK ip address and is redirected to the post made for UK users, will an US based visitor be redirected to that UK post also because the headers were cached?

Or is it that headers aren’t cached and so it will just allow redirection to the correct post?
