[Plugin: WP Super Cache] WP SuperCache uninstalled and still working

Hi all, hope you can help me fixing this problem. Yes, I’m really noob by the way.

Ok so, I’ve uninstalled WP Super Cache, which is great but I need Quick Chat and its developer says it can’t work properly with caching plugins. Checking the uninstall notes it looks everything is fine, I can’t find any related file or directory.

Looking at the source code on my homepage I can find this line:
<!-- 56 richieste in 1,24 secondi (23.00M) -->
It should mean there’s still some SuperCache working somewhere. Now, I’ve found this thread but unfortunately there’s no such a index.html file in my root.

The only thing I saw it’s these lines in wp-settings.php

if ( WP_CACHE && function_exists( 'wp_cache_postload' ) )
	wp_cache_postload();

do_action( 'plugins_loaded' );

I’m noob so before deleting something useful I really need to ask ??
Can I delete these lines? Could I fix my problem in this way?
