• Sometimes I have to install WordPress & “WP Super Edit” fresh.
Arranging the buttons from scratch takes too long.

Is there a way to export the button arrangement, so that we can import it in new installations?
(Maybe some database code can be copied/pasted?)

  • I still haven’t refined the data storage. Currently the plugin stores the whole massive array of data that a user sends to the tinymce editor. Of course that data has to be stored in a serialized format in the database. The serialized stuff is really ugly, and I think there are even some URLs mixed in there that make migrations a complete headache.

Until I finally get some time to really work on WP Super Edit I cannot suggest changing or moving the serialized data unless you really know how. Unfortunately the “Man” has his thumb firmly planted on the top of my head taking away my extra development time. ??
