[Plugin: WP Super FAQ] The shortcode isn't working

  • Experiencing the same problem at https://jewelrysugar.com/faq/ (Pitch Premium theme) but jquery seems to be working at https://sugarpopboutique.com/faq/ (Oxygen theme). Both pages are self-hosted.

    I’m using the same exact code on both pages:

    [wp_super_faq show_categories=true]

    Perhaps it’s something within the code of the theme I’m using? Or could it be some sort of link setting?

    I even tried just pasting the code into each page with nothing else within the post. Still the same problem so I know it’s not my table coding on Jewelry Sugar.

    Please help!
