[Plugin: wp-super-pop] does not display when not logged in

I have gone through all the notes in the thread https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/plugin-wp-super-popup-pop-up-wont-show-on-one-site and find myself with the same issue.

Jquery is loaded just one time…the wp-super-pop code appears in the source (all pages), but when I am logged out, https://onlinemlmtraining.org shows no super pop.

It looks nice in the admin preview, and when logged in as admin and viewing the pop up, it has some images missing (little squares near the lower edge).
