[Plugin: WP Super Popup 0.9.6] Is this useful?

    I already have WP Super Popup 0.9.6 installed but I’m not so great (Actually I suck) at HTML. What is the best practice for a newly created blog? Pop-Up or No?

    And if the answer is yes.

    1.Can anyone tell me if WP Super Popup 0.9.6 is good, or is there a better plugin out there (Free preferably)

    2. Can anyone show me some basic HTML to insert into the pop-up? Or at least point me in the right direction?
