[Plugin: WP Survey And Quiz Tool] Cannot add Multiple Choice or Dropdowns after first question

I have just installed the latest version onto a fresh install of WP and evertime I try and add a new multiple choice or dropdown entry to a survey I get the message “Question text can’t be empty” – If I add a multiple choice or dropdown as the first question it will let me do this but I cannot add any others, I can only add Likert or Free text questions. I have tried both adding options for the dropdown/multiple choices and tried adding without options but still get the same problem. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling but get the same problem… any suggestions??
