[Plugin: WP Survey And Quiz Tool] Different issues

Hi,

I’m experiencing different issues with your plugin.
I have been trying to solve them for days even searching in the forum but I haven’t been able. Still, you plugin is potentially very interesting so I would really like using it.

issue #1: each time I complete a trial quiz and I click on next I’m redirected to a page with no message – even if I have set the finish message text in the plugin settings. This happens regardless of the pass or not pass score.

issue #2: each time I complete a trial quiz I can’t take it anymore – even if I chose in the setting to allow more quizzes from the same IP. Only way to re-take the test is to delete the database and uninstall and reinstall the plugin.

issue #3: I never see the form which should be used to collect the data from the user.

issue #4: I never get an email even if I set it in the settings. This happens regardless of the pass or not pass score.

issue #5: when I take the test I can’t see the results; even if I use the shortcode [wpsqt_results username=””] in the page where I would like to see the results.

I have tried to delete everything and reinstall several times; I have tried changing settings and options; I have tried using different shortcodes for the test; I have tried different quiz names (with capitalization and without; single word vs multiple words) etc but I couldn’t fiz all the issues above.

Could you please help me?
