[Plugin: WP Survey And Quiz Tool] Likart Matrix

Hi
if I make a new question with the pull down as Likart Matrix, I get the error
“Question text can’t be empty”.
I have got round it by making it Likert and then changing it, which doesn’t give an error.

Also i’m not sure of the difference between Likert and Likert Matrix. Is it just the different options?

I am making a medical site with a questionaire. The format of their answers is meant to look like this:

.	   0_____1_____2_____3_____4_____5_____6
Not at all confident			Completely confident

would it be possible to do one with this option? Horizontal (no line breaks and number with text combination?
