[Plugin: WP Survey And Quiz Tool] Remove form step from quiz

Only members of the site are allowed to get access to the quiz. Now when they answer the quiz question and click the ‘next’ button it takes them to an extra step which only has another ‘next’ button.

I assume that this is where the form would be as in the admin I’ve customized the form, so that the default one doesn’t get used, and then removed all the input fields. Now there is no form but it seems like the step that involves the form is still necessary to go through.

Can anything be done about this?
