[Plugin: WP Survey And Quiz Tool] Single quotes escaped

When I add a string with single quote characters in a form (ex: “Nom de l’usager”), the plugin saves it as “Nom de l\’usager” and it is displayed as such on the site.

Anything I can do to solve this?

Also, when trying to delete a question I get a “Oops” error and the question is not deleted. What might cause this?
