[Plugin: WP-Surveys] Survey only allows for simple true/false, or list of answers?

    Is there a way to allow a short answer,

    Please list the sites you have visited: ….

    It appears that the only answers of type yes/no, true/false, a list of possible choices, etc…are allowed.
