[Plugin: WP-Table Reloaded] Can't Merge Cells or Rows

    I am trying to merge the cells of a row or a column. I put the keyword #colspan# or #rowspan# in the appropriate cell and when I click on Add Columspan I get this error “To combine cells within a row, click into the cell to the right of the cell that has the content the combined cells shall have.”

    When I click on Add Rowspan I get this error “To combine cells within a column, click into the cell below the cell that has the content the combined cells shall have”.

    I’m not getting any javascript errors so I don’t know what could cause this to happen.

    Here is my debug info:

    Hi,

    the messages that you are getting are not really error messages. They are more a description on how to do the colspanning/rowspanning.

    Can you maybe post the URL to the page of the table, so that I can see what’s going on?

    Hi,

    Just for everybody following this thread.
    After taking a look at the site, we found out that this seems to be caused by a custom extension to the plugin, which we fixed by adding a minor site-specific adjustment.
