[Plugin: WP-Table Reloaded] Chrome bug? images in table showing up really small

very likely, there’s something in your theme’s CSS influencing this.

Can you please post the URL to the page with the table where this can be seen? I can then try to find out the exact cause.

yes, this is indeed caused by some CSS code. To fix it, please add

.wp-table-reloaded img {
  max-width: none !important;
}

to the “Custom CSS” textarea on the “Plugin Options” screen of WP-Table Reloaded.
