I don’t know in advance how many rows / columns I need, this is part of the dynamic creation.

thanks for your question.

Creating or populating tables dynamically is not possible. You can only create them by manually filling them with content, or by importing a file.
There are some Shortcode parameters like “show_rows” and “hide_rows” (see the documentation at https://tobias.baethge.com/wordpress-plugins/wp-table-reloaded-english/documentation/ ) that can be used for some dynamic adjustment. Also, you can use other Shortcodes in table cells for some more dynamic content.
