I’d like to change all columns width to be more narrow, meaning the table will not use the entire page width.

thanks for the link and for the details.
To achieve this, just paste

.wp-table-reloaded-id-2 {
  width: auto !important!
}

into the “Custom CSS” textarea on the “Plugin Options” screen of WP-Table Reloaded.

  margin: 10px auto !important;
}
