OK…. I found the issue.
the upgrade over written exec-php/exec-php.php
which use to have the code for enabling php in table cells.

so i re copied and all works fine now ??

Yes, by default, WP-Table Reloaded does not have a feature to use PHP in table cells. You can either use “Exec PHP” (which you seem to be doing), or you can use the special “Plugin Extension” for WP-Table Reloaded for this, see https://tobias.baethge.com/2010/02/extension-5-how-to-use-php-in-table-cells/
