[Plugin: WP to Twitter] Change category handling

Whenever I add a new category to the blog, I need to (if I remember) go to the WP to Twitter settings page and select that I want a new post in that category tweeted.

I would suggest alternatives, such as a checkbox to automatically add new categories to the tweetable list or maybe an option to specify categories that should NOT be tweeted, instead of those that should.
