At the moment some pages only show when user is logged in. I will at some point add an option in the admin area for this to be turned on and off or go off of the members only option. As for the menu all pages do show and that will be left up to the owner of the WordPress site to sort. Some things which you find in the normal tracker sources I will leave out because WordPress has a lot of plugins out there which can handle these things far better and also it is possible that somethings which do not need adding for that reason would cause conflicts on some sites if I added them to the plugin. The plugin is still in beta so a lot of features are still lacking but I am trying to update the plugin at the moment at least once a week with bug fixes and new features. Hopefully more people will download it and test it out and leave comments here on the forums of any bugs and problems they may run into because what works for me on my site might not work for others on their site.
