I’ve been looking for how to do this. Where can I find this?

Look under the tab Effects:
Collapsible Accordions: make sure the option Enable all sections of accordion to be closed, and at load. is checked.

But where can i find the Effects tab? I can’t find what Thomas was referring to.

Hi, Thomas was referring to the Effects options that are found in WordPress admin -> WP UI -> Effects tab. Hope that helps.
