[Plugin: WP User Frontend] 500 Error

When plugin was enabled the frontend of my site gave a 500 server error, while the backend worked just fine. I disabled all other plugins to see if there was a conflict, but that did not resolve the issue. Only after I deactivated this plugin did the frontend come back up.
