[Plugin: WP Video Lightbox] Autoplay video on home page?

Hi,

I’d like to autoplay a video as soon as a user visits my site. So, they would type in the URL, and a lightbox video would instantly start playing. Is this possible to do with the WP Video Lightbox plugin, or any other plugin?
