• Hi there,

We need an urgent reply to this if possible. We have installed a theme called Red Carpet for our WordPress site and this plug in was included as part of the package. The problem is that it is not recognizing the FFMPEG on our host. The host has this installed but has pointers to the directory on the server where it installed and the plug in is apparently not looking there for it.

Our hosting is via HostUpon.com. This is creating a major issue for us in posting videos in the manner in which we would like via our theme.

Please let us know what we can do about this please. You can contact us at [email protected] with any information.

    Hi Lacy,
Sorry for the delay as we just say your post. We recently discovered that we are pointing to run the FFMPEG command in a specific path in which we thought was a standard but some hosting providers choose to install it in a different path. In addition, we don’t have default values set for video width and height for the custom post. We are going to update that and hopefully this will be your fix. If it isn’t then we can supply you with dedicate support.

We are going to update the plugin today. We removed the specific path to ffmpeg installation and added code to minimize javascript conflicts with other plugins.
