[Plugin: WPBook] invite friends not working

hi, i installed and configured wpbook for my site indiaeleven.com. it’s working fine except the invite friends button does nothing. It does not show any form to users.
my facebook application is https://apps.facebook.com/indiaeleven/
canvas url in facebook: https://indiaeleven.com/
bookmark URL: https://apps.facebook.com/indiaeleven//main-blog/ (i have tried removing the same but invite friends still does not show any action)

I have seen the forum but could not figure out the issue. I have bad behavior and facestream plugins. I tried deactivating them but it does not work.

Need help to fix this.
