    I enabled September 2012 & October Breaking changes options in the app’s advanced setting and it works now.

    That’s odd. Are you running more than one Facebook plugin on your blog, which might be including a different version of the Facebook API?

    The September and October breaking changes, as far as I can tell from here: https://developers.facebook.com/roadmap/ – don’t related to setting access token.
