[Plugin: WPCB] Payment (check, transfers, test) not working

  • Hi !

    I installed WP E-Commerce a few days ago and after setting up products, customizing the shop and so on I began testing the buying process. Seeing that I would need a plugin to use credit cards, bank transfers and checks, I also installed WPBC.

    After clicking on Buy on my Cart Page I am directly sent to the Transaction Results Page (with the text : “Thank you for purchasing with %shop_name%, any items to[…])” without even beginning to pay…

    I also have this problem with Test Gateway… which is weird because on another site (also with WP-EC & WPCB) there is no problem the Test Gateway (but the other problem is that the text from Test Gateway is duplicated on bank transfers and checks payments).

    Do you know what the problem can be ?
    Everything else seems fine but the payment isn’t working (and obviously it’s the more important part of the store).

  • This happens probably because the only purchase method is Test Gateway which send you automaticaly to the thank you page.
    Have you try adding new payment methods ?

    Thanks for answering, I didn’t have the same luck on the WP-Ecommerce forum…

    The problem appears with Test Gateway but also with Virement (WPCB) and Cheque (WPCB). The 2 methods are checked and have their settings ok.
    But I never see the Payment Page but directly the “Transaction Results Page”.

    Paypal (not WPCB but the Standard one) is working fine.

    Did you have this problem ? How can I fix it ?

    Hi,
    I’e more or less the same problem. The submit button on the cart page (and when cb cheque or virement were selected) was sending me directly to the transaction results page.
    However i tried to solve that by adding the shortcode to a page to be sure that it would work. When it comes to cb payment the page with the shortcode is called alright. But what ever i do and even with the right chmod on the files, i still have “Error calling the atos api : exec request not found “. The other problem being whenever i chose virement or cheque i’m sent directly to the transaction results page.
    Do you have any idea of what could be calling both problems ?
