[Plugin wpClassified] How to Create Admins for wpClassified

How can i make one of my site editors able to edit classified adverts in wpclassifed plugin??

ive tried adding the user to the user list in wpclassifed and changing the roll to admin and it just automatically goes back to user.

when the uuser logs in to the back end to wpclassifed option on the left isn’t there.

I have user capabilities installed and i have tried turning everything on and still no joy.

Only person who can change nything on wpClassifed appears to be me admin number 1 from setup the super admin.
