    @bib_m16 so sorry i missed your post.

    That error message indicates that the user was able to successfully authenticate, but when the plugin queried your LDAP instance for the user’s profile (in order to create a new WP User account for them), there were no matching entries based on the search performed.

    Is it doing this for all of your users, or a specific person?
