[Plugin: WPMU Ldap Authentication] LDAP connection fails — debug options?

Hello and thanks for this plug-in.
I’m trying to set up authentication against Active Directory but the connection test consistently fails. Are any debug / logging options available? I see there’s an LDAP_DEBUG_MODE flag in ldap_auth.php but can’t figure out where the output goes.
