[Plugin: wpNSC (No Short Codes)] Get invalid header on install

I need to escape the gallery shortcode as I am writing some documentation for it. Tried everything, including the WP sanctioned double brackets shortcodehere and it does not work – it gets processed as soon as I turn from the HTML view to the Visual view and save the page.
