[Plugin: wpStoreCart] I don't receive the tickets replis for paid users

I’m writing here because this forum notification system of replies WORKS FINE.
On this forum the WpStoreCart support team wrotes that they have replied to my ticket in ten minutes… well, if it is TRUE thank you, but I have never found your replies!
Where can I see those?

You can say that the forum is for users only and your staff doesn’t reply ever. I know that!
But If I check my page of tickets I can see the title of the tickets written in the end of the page, but if I click on the title nothing happen. I’ve NEVER RECEIVED any email from you that advice me that you replied to me.
How can I know that you replied to me?
Where can I see your replies?
Are you sure that you don’t have any problem with your support ticket reply system?
WHY WHEN YOU REPLY TO ME ON THIS FORUM I CAN SEE YOU REPLIES AND WHEN YOU REPLY ON YOUR SUPPORT TICKET SUPPORT I CAN’T SEE ANYTHING?Do you REALLY THINK that it is funny for me to write that you don’t reply when, instead, you did? (at least you say so).
PLEASE CHECK YOUR SYSTEM AND SEND TO ME YOUR REPLIES.
