The Unlimited/Developer price is revealed upon clicking the ‘Buy Now’ button at the plugin author’s website. The paid plugin is a more advanced version of the free plugin. There is also a 5 site and single site price, but these include less features. See their terms also.

The links I provided deal with this issue. The license is GPL and can be used under it’s terms. As we have both noted, head over to their site and ask them.

That is correct. Enterprise-level license are also available for those needing 100+ domains licensed.
