Can this theme block elements of the main theme like iframe?

The free version of WPtouch does not offer the ability to disable individual plugins from within (WPtouch Pro does offer this option). You can try to use your desktop theme’s stylesheet and media queries to hide elements of your mobile site experience but beyond that, WPtouch is unable to perform these particular feats.
