[Plugin: WPtouch] Show the featured image inside a post

I know that the thumbnails from the post index of WPTouch are loaded from the featured images that are used when creating posts.

But how do I show the featured images inside the posts?

My normal template uses the get_the_post_thumbnail function in single.php, but of course this doesn’t work in WPTouch, since that has it’s own templates. My posts are only showing the text in the WPTouch theme, without the featured image ??
