[Plugin: YAK for WordPress] Too many countries

This is a great plugin, but there is one thing I would like to have changed: On the checkout page the customer has to find his country in a dropdown list amongst thousands of countries. I would really appreciate if there was a possibility to define just the few countries I want to ship my items to and not to have this long list of countries.
To the plugin author: It is just like in the article you linked to in your blog (https://theoatmeal.com/comics/shopping_cart), where it says “Do I really need to scroll past North Korea and Sh***istan to find my country? …” ??
