[Plugin: Yawasp – Yet Another WordPress Anti Spam Plugin] Compliments and Feature Request

  • Compliments: Excellent plugin. It’s totally eliminated comment spam on my blog without any annoying CAPTCHAs or other stuff that annoys visitors.

    Trackback/Pingback spams are a different story, but Akismet catches all of these so far.

    Feature Request: Add the ability to reset the counter of spambots caught as I have occasionally tested the filter to see if it works and I don’t want to have my tests count against the total count.

  • To reset the counter could indeed be a nice feature, so i added this function to the 1.11 release.

    I’m testing this at the moment. Hope it works fine with SuperCache plug-in ! (if yes, then maybe this is the only anti spam plug-in that works with wp-supercache besides Akismet and WP-SpamFree)

    EDIT: I guess not.. I got an error Error: please fill the required fields (name, email)., even though I’ve put them on (I was using the automated template change from the setting)
