[Plugin: Yet Another Related Posts Plugin] Change ORDERED list to UNORDERED

Well, if you’re not using a template, it should be right after “Before / after related entries” and “Before / after each related entry”.

I searched thru the files in the plugin and I can’t find it.

The ‘yet-another-related-posts-plugin/template-builtin.php’ is the default ‘template’ but the list tag is not in that file.

I don’t have FTP access, so I can’t move the templates to the directory its asking me to use one of the templates.

May its written to the database?

That would suck, I don’t have access to that either.

As chadrew said, you should be able to edit this under “before/after each related entry” and “before/after related entries” form items in the YARPP options.

This option in settings page is only available if you choose to go ahead with “Automatically display related posts?” On our website, we have chosen “Display using a custom template file”. So the option of “before/after related entries” is not available.

Mitcho, can you help us out. We want to have a “bulleted list” or “numbered list”. Presently, we are using “yarpp-template-list.php” as template file. We would like to have something like this:

Thanks for the reply Chandrew. Shall really appreciate if you could help us out on where exactly the required code has to be inserted. None of us has an extensive knowledge of php or CSS. As mentioned earlier, we want the design to be something like this:

@policycomplaints: @chandrew is correct… if you’re using yarpp-template-list.php, that’s the file you need to edit. It will be in your active theme’s directory.

Just choose the “display using a custom template file” option.

Ah, thanks. I realized that I had to copy the template files into my theme directory first before the the custom template file checkbox would show up in the widget layout.
