[Plugin: Yet Another Related Posts Plugin] Disallow All Tags

I have a large database of posts and would like to reduce the CPU load YARPP is imposing. One suggestion is to disallow tags but I have so many of them it would be tedious to check each box. Is there a manual way (ie. going into SQL database) to disallow all the tags?
